EXHIBIT "A": Description of drainage and utilities easement granted to the City of Orono by Timothy D. Johnson and Bonnie D. Johnson. That portion of the following described easement: "An easement for drainage and utility purposes being 10 feet in width. The center line of said easement is described as commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, LAURENT ADDITION; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds West along the northerly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 53.86 feet to the point of begining of the center line to be described; thence South 4 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds West, a distance of 237.00 feet; thence South 34 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds West, a distance of 167.77 feet; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 69.28 feet to a west line of Lot 2, Block 1, LAURENT ADDITION; said west line being 225.59 feet in length and said center line there terminating."
