January 15, 1987 <br />SUBJ: 41100 Michael Plank, 4145 Watertown Road - <br />Conditional Use Permit - Public Hearing <br />Application - Temporary "Guest House" - Conditional Use Permit <br />for second structure on property intended for future division. <br />Pertinent Ordinances - <br />Section 10.03 Subdivision 7: <br />One Building Per Lot. Except in the case of Planned <br />Residential Developments as provided for hereinafter, <br />no more than one principal building shall be located on <br />a lot except that staff may issue a permit to use a <br />manufactured home that shall meet all required setback <br />standards or an existing dwelling while a new principal <br />structure is being constructed. Such permit shall be <br />issued for a period of 3 months, any extensions must be <br />approved by the City and shall expire upon issuance of <br />a certificate of occupancy for the new structure and <br />such structure removed. <br />Section 10.20 Subdivision 3(G): <br />Subd. 3. Co�nil Uses. Within any "R-lA" One <br />Family Residential District, no structure or land shall <br />be used for the following uses except by conditional <br />use permit: <br />G. Guest Houses. A separate dwelling constructed <br />on an existing undivided lot for the sole use of <br />the occupants of the principal buildings, <br />including their domestic employees or their non- <br />paying guests.
