I have the <br />following comments to make per the requirements of plat <br />approval and the development agreement: <br />1. The two existing drivew,?s onto County Road 6 were to be <br />closed as soon as the n,w road was passible. This should <br />be done by physically grading the driveways to match the <br />surrounding ground and/or highway ditch and then seeding <br />the exposed dirt. <br />2. The old garage encroaching on the new road outlot was to <br />have been moved or demolished. <br />3._ The paving is to be completed by August 31, lA0. <br />:nceVyC/r <br />P.
