On the North Shore of Lake Minnetonka <br />Novmeber 24, 1986 <br />John Hollander <br />250 Hollander Road <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />Re: 200 Hollander Road, Orono - Truck parking and tire storage. <br />Dear Mr. Hollander: <br />An inspection conducted on November 20, 1986, by Jeanne Mabusth and <br />myself, revealed that several violations exist on the property. I spoke to <br />you on the matter giving you until November 24th to remove violations. You <br />then requested copies of the ordinances as follows: <br />- 10.60, Subd?.vision 13 Exterior storage in residential zone <br />- 10.60, Subdivision 14 Waste Materials <br />- 8.23, Subdivision 2 Truck Parking <br />- UPC 11.201 (a) Accumulation of waste material <br />- UPC 11.203 (a) Permit requirements/storage requirements (for tires) <br />I also told you that you may park the truck inside a building but the <br />tires cannot be stored in the building as it will create a fire hazard.
