MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD NOVEMBER it, 1986 <br />#1090 HOLLANDER CONTINUED <br />Planning Commission Comments - <br />Bellows stated that she felt the Planning Commission <br />should not act on this application until clean-up of <br />property is done and original subdivision conditions <br />are complied with. She visited the site and felt the <br />buildings are in a state of disrepair and that the <br />rental hou.,e unit is not consistent with the other <br />properties as they have been developed. <br />Goett: sta,�d that she has seen the property and agrees <br />with Bellows comments. She noted that the rental house <br />property lacks the required area to approve the use of a <br />guest house. <br />Hanson agreed that the original subdivision conditions <br />sh, Id be complied with. <br />It was moved by Taylor, seconded by Bellows, to table <br />this application and continue the public heari. , pending <br />resolution of the outstanding issues.
