Staff recommendation 9 of that memo regarding the location of <br />accessory structures, is still an item of discussion, however, staff <br />is of the opinion that these standards for locating accessory <br />structures on Lot 1 may be adopted but will still require a <br />conditional use permit review for any specific accessory structure. <br />H. Staff recommendation 10 of that memo is still 4 ±m for <br />discussion regarding accessory structures on Lot 2. Yo: ...ve the <br />option of making no recommendation now and letting this 'ssue be <br />resolved at the time an accessory structure conditional use permit is <br />applied for. <br />I. Regarding neighborhood concerns that the property is "an eyesore". <br />Tom Jacobs did inspect the property and issued clean-up orders. He <br />notes that the truck was moved but the property was still a mess the <br />last time he was at the site. An update from Jacobs is expected prior <br />to the Tuesday meeting. Jacobs has not structurally reviewed the <br />barns, but rotes they are in "bad shape". <br />Summary: <br />Staff reocmmends approval of the preliminary subdivision subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />Re -execution of road easement/maintenance documents must be completed. <br />City accepts proposed drainfield sites. el.4 <br />Existing garage on Lot 2 to be removed prior to final +approval, and <br />conditional -:se permit is required to construct a new detached garage. <br />�41: Existing at s to County Road 6 to be eliminated prior to final plat <br />approval: c,.. -. .n Oc.L„ C. <br />Existing barns on Lot 2 to be removed within 6 months of final plat <br />approval. <br />ti<^•"© Second house on Lot 1 to be removed within 6 months of final plat <br />approval. <br />Drainage easement for wetland on Lot 1 must be shown on final plat. <br />Grant variance to front setback for existing house on Lot 2. <br />�9. Grant variance fcr lot width on Lot 1 as measured from County Road 6 <br />frontage 7R require re .alignment of divirion line to create required <br />200' width. <br />10, Dedication on the plat of standard drainage and utility easements. <br />Both Lots ?Y and 2 require conditional use permit review for any <br />accessory structure proposal.
