Road easement/maintenance. <br />1. Both proposed lots are to be covered by the "Declaration <br />of Road Easement and Declaration for Maintenance of Same". <br />If the Hennepin County Title Examiner writes an opinion that <br />the existing documents on file are "questionably valid", <br />City will ask for re -execution of the documents. (As of <br />1/26/87, Title Examiner submitted an opinion that the <br />existing documents do cove- Outlot B and are valid.) <br />Issue B. Items unresolved from original Holly Acres Subdivision <br />approval. <br />2. The existing detached garage on Lot 2 :oust be removed <br />prior to final plat approval.. <br />3. The existing access to County Road 6 court be eliminated <br />by regrading prior to final plat approval. <br />
