The documentation was found to be sufficient and <br />valid. <br />B. Two conditions of the original Holly Acres Subdivision have not <br />been met: 1) Removal of the detached garage near the road on proposed <br />Lot 2: and 2) Removal of the direct access from proposed Lot 1 to <br />County Road 6. The estate has agreed to fulfill these conditions <br />prior to final plat approval. <br />C. The estate has agreed to grant the standard drainage and utility <br />easements and wetland easement on the plat. <br />
