Date: January 26, 2026 Item: 4 <br />Presenter: DJ Goman, Public Works Superintendent <br />Section: Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Title: Utility Easement - Lift Station 24, 3982 Dahl Road - Resolution 7660 <br /> <br /> <br />1.Purpose: <br />To approve easements for access and utility maintenance purposes for Lift station 24 - 3980 Dahl <br />Road. <br />2.Background: <br />The city owns a sewage lift station at the above referenced address. The city found that an <br />easements wasn't filed for the utility location A easement is needed for maintenance purposes. The <br />grantee has requested that by granting of the easement that the city help toward the cost of the <br />replacement of driveaway. This driveway services the residence but also the lift station and sewage <br />lines under said location. <br /> <br />3.Cost: <br />In exchange foe the easement the city will be agreeing to contribute 50% of the driveway asphalt <br />replacement costs for the portion of the driveway used by the city to access the lift station. That <br />cost is estimated to be $12,000.
