- 1 - <br />2025 Annual Report <br />January 1 – December 31, 2025 <br /> <br />Carman Bay Lake Improvement District <br />1355 Brown Road South <br />Post Office Box 124 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br /> <br /> <br />Carman Bay is one of thirty-seven bays and connected lakes that form Lake Minnetonka. Carman Bay <br />residents have a long history of generously funding projects to reduce the abundance of invasive aquatic <br />plants. The Carman Bay Lake Improvement District exists to continue stewardship of Carman Bay for the <br />public interest. <br /> <br />District members, with the essential support and dedication of the City of Orono, the Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources, the Lake Minnetonka Association, and professional contractors, <br />continue to ensure that Carman Bay remains one of the best places on Lake Minnetonka to enjoy a <br />summer day. <br /> <br />The Board of Directors consists of a minimum of five and a maximum of nine Directors. Directors serve <br />two-year terms, and officer positions are for one year.
