Designated wetland on Lot 2 which has been <br />drained for many years. <br />2. Access location. Hennepin County has verbally <br />approved access to County Rd. 6, although tying into <br />Tanglewood Rd. would be preferable to City and <br />applicants. The Tanglewood Homeowners have refused <br />applicants' request to access onto Tanglewood Rd. <br />City Attorney is reviewi.-q this matter to determine <br />whether the City can for( the Association to allow <br />additional use of the road. <br />3. Staff finds no pressing need to provide for <br />future access to the north or east. <br />4. Barn on proposed Lot 3 would end up within the <br />front yard setback area, staff recommends removal of <br />this structure. <br />t;r. Adams stated that <br />they would be <br />w: i 1 1 ing to move <br />barn <br />and incur the additional <br />costs <br />of determining <br />*he <br />wetland status. <br />Pete Rennebohm, 1`20 <br />Tanglewood <br />Rd., stated that he <br />finds no problem with <br />the proposed <br />subdivision but <br />has <br />concerns regarding <br />the drainage <br />pattern from <br />the <br />wetland. <br />:'assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron stated that the <br />City Engineer will be asked to address Mr. Rennebohm`s <br />concern before Council review. City would prefer not to <br />have an additional access on County Rd. 6, but this <br />decision is up to the County. <br />h, -- n asked why the Tanglewood homeowners are opposed <br />to 'owiny ac-7ess onto Tanglewood Rd., noting concern <br />about accesses onto County Road 6. <br />Mr. Renne. speaking for himself, woul.d like to <br />maintain the w traffic density for which he purchased <br />his property. <br />No one was presen, from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Chairman Kelley, tc <br />reL.ommend approval of the preliminary plat as presented <br />subject to staff recommendation. motion, Ayes 5, Nays <br />0. <br />
