The development appears feasible and will <br />require apermit review and approval by the Board of Managers of the Minnehaha <br />Creek Watershed District. <br />Some of the District's concerns for developments of this type include: <br />1. The quality of stormwater runoff leaving the site after development shall be <br />equivalent to runoff quality for the existing condition. This criteria <br />shall be analyzed and met for runoff producing events with a return <br />frequency of one year. <br />2. Appropriate erosion control methods must be in place to prevent the <br />transport of sediments off site during and after construction of the road. <br />3. Prompt restoration of any area distrubed by construction must be completed <br />with seed and mulch or sod. <br />4. It also appears there may be a need for a drainage easement for Lot 2 to <br />accommodate any tributary off -site drainage.
