MINU,dS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MINTING HELD SI:PTuMI3ER 15, 1986 <br />ATTENDANCE 7:30 P.M. <br />The Orono Planning Commission met on the above date with <br />the following members present: Chairman Kelley, Taylor, <br />Goetten, McDonald, and Hanson. Bellows ., :rived at 7 : 45 <br />P.M. Rovegno was absent. The following represented the <br />City staff: Building & Zoning Administrator Mabusth, <br />Assistant Planning & Zoning Administrator Gaffron, and <br />City Recorder Peterson. C'ouncilmember Grabek was also <br />present. <br />#1076 WARD KRUEGER <br />1-2��215 HOLLANDER ROAD <br />SUBDIVIS.T.ON OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />PUBLIC HEARING 7:30-7:34 <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing <br />was noted. <br />Ward Krueger was not present for his matter. <br />Asst. Zoning Administrator Gaffron explained the request <br />to rearrange existing lot lines to create lots which are <br />more useable given the topography of the site. He noted <br />that Tracts 1 and 3 will still have tested primary and <br />alternate drainfield sites within their boundaries, but <br />Tract 2 loses most of its previously tested area <br />recommending that additional testing of Tract 2 be <br />required before the proposal is brought to the Council. <br />Staff also recommends that all three lots meet the 2- <br />acre area standard. <br />No one was present from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It. was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by McDonald, <br />to recommend approval subject to staff recommendation: <br />1) Moving the west line of Tract 2 easterly so that <br />Tract 1 4-;ill meet the 2.0 acre area standard. <br />2) Scptic testing for tract 2 be submitted and <br />approved prior to Council review. <br />Motion, Ayes 5, Nays 0. (Bellows not present to vote) <br />#1077 INGEBORG CICI <br />875 WAYZATA BOULEVARD <br />VARIANCE <br />PUBLIC HEARING 7:54-7:56 <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate oT Flailing <br />was noted. <br />Mrs. Ingeborg Ci ci and Christine Ci ci were present, as <br />was applicant's realtor, Mary Weinzierl. <br />
