MINU,dS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MINTING HELD SI:PTuMI3ER 15, 1986 ATTENDANCE 7:30 P.M. The Orono Planning Commission met on the above date with the following members present: Chairman Kelley, Taylor, Goetten, McDonald, and Hanson. Bellows ., :rived at 7 : 45 P.M. Rovegno was absent. The following represented the City staff: Building & Zoning Administrator Mabusth, Assistant Planning & Zoning Administrator Gaffron, and City Recorder Peterson. C'ouncilmember Grabek was also present. #1076 WARD KRUEGER 1-2��215 HOLLANDER ROAD SUBDIVIS.T.ON OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT PUBLIC HEARING 7:30-7:34 The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing was noted. Ward Krueger was not present for his matter. Asst. Zoning Administrator Gaffron explained the request to rearrange existing lot lines to create lots which are more useable given the topography of the site. He noted that Tracts 1 and 3 will still have tested primary and alternate drainfield sites within their boundaries, but Tract 2 loses most of its previously tested area recommending that additional testing of Tract 2 be required before the proposal is brought to the Council. Staff also recommends that all three lots meet the 2- acre area standard. No one was present from the public regarding this matter and the public hearing was closed. It. was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by McDonald, to recommend approval subject to staff recommendation: 1) Moving the west line of Tract 2 easterly so that Tract 1 4-;ill meet the 2.0 acre area standard. 2) Scptic testing for tract 2 be submitted and approved prior to Council review.
