Cite of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />2. The aforesaid division shall not be filed by the City of <br />Orono with the Hennepin County Recorders Office until such time <br />that the applicant provides documentation that the property is <br />included as a participant in the covenants of the Holly Acres <br />Homeowners Association. <br />3. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate <br />of Survey sha 11 be f i led by the City of Orono with the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's office on or before July 12, 1987 together with <br />a certified original copy of this resolution. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the <br />division has not been filed by the date specified above. In that <br />event, it wi 1 1 be necessary to f i le a new application with the City of <br />Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, this 12th <br />day of January, 1987. <br />ATTEST! <br />Dorothy M.
