t q <br />A. <br />as ociaRon of <br />me ropolitan <br />January 2, 1987 Irunicipalifies <br />Dear Chief Administrative Official: <br />Enclosed is a copy of the AMM's 1987-1988 Legislative <br />program as adopted by the membership in November. <br />This very comprehensive set of policies will guide <br />the AMM's lobbying activities during the Legislative <br />Session and at the Metropolitan Council. Your help <br />and support for the AMM's lobbying efforts will help <br />assure that the interests of the member cities are <br />protected at the Legislature and Metropolitan <br />Council. <br />We would appreciate it if you would let your Mayor <br />and Councilmembers know that you have received this <br />set of policies and make it available for their <br />review. To help hold down costs, we are not mailing <br />individual copies of this Legislative Program to <br />Mayors or Councilmembers. However, if your Mayor or <br />Councilmembers would like their own copy, please call <br />Carol Williams (227-5600) and she will be happy to <br />send out additional copies. <br />We nave sent a copy of our Legislative Program to <br />every State Senator and State Representative.
