<br />challenge of governing your city. To help ease your transi-
<br />tion. LMC and GTS are offering a one -day conference.

<br />mcmhers. however, incumbent elected officials and ap-
<br />pointed employees will find it a valuable refresher course.

<br />The conference fee of $45 per person includes tuition.

<br />This workshop offers the city official an exceptional
<br />opportunity to
<br />• Explore the multiple perspectives and situationa! factors
<br />involved in developing public policy
<br />• Identify and apply ethical perspectives to real -fife cite
<br />situations

<br />Institute. Mate•ialskase studies have been adapted to locus
<br />specific:lh, on city situations. Note: Althc.urrh conflict of
<br />interest presents ethical considerations, this workshop will
<br />be much broader in scope than strict legalities and is
<br />therefore an excellent complement to the legal discussion
<br />of that'opic included in the Conference for Newly Elected
<br />Officials.
