S4.16 <br />B. illegal to permit mixing. No person shall mix <br />or sell for the purpose of mixing any non -intoxicating malt <br />liquor, soft drink, wine, liquor or beverage in a food <br />establishment unless licensed as a bottle club. <br />Subd. S. Display. It i.s prohibited that any alcohol <br />be displayed to the public in any manner in an on or off -sale <br />licensed operation durirg the hours in which consumption is not. <br />permitted. <br />Subd. 9. No employee or public official of the City of <br />Orono may be a holder of any license issued under this Section. <br />This does not, however, prevent the issuance of a license to a <br />club of which any of the aforementioned are members or on the <br />board of directors. <br />Subd. 10. Financial indebtedness. No person shall be <br />financially indebted to any person not otherwise qualified for <br />the license. <br />Subd. 11. zoning ordinance requirements. Not <br />withstanding any Section in this ordinance to the contrary, all <br />premises that are licensed must be located in zoning districts in <br />which they are permitted and :rust be in compliance with those <br />zoning codes. <br />Subd. 12. Number of licenses issued by City.
