Lot 4 has the required 200' width on public road, <br />but will access from the private road outlot. <br />Proposal includes private plat road with cul-de-sac, over <br />existing driveway (see "issues" below). <br />- All lots have been tested for drainfield sites - (see Exhibit H). <br />However, staff has problems with the proposed sites on Lot 2, and <br />has questions (but maybe not problems) with the sites on Lot 4. <br />These items must be resolved prior to Council's preliminary <br />subdivision review. <br />- All lots have adequate building envelopes. <br />
