AGREEMENT REGARDING REMOVAL OF CABIN <br />This Agreement Regarding Removal Of Cabin ("this Agreement") is made on <br />April _; 1999 by and between William E . Bryson, II and Thelma L. Bryson, husband <br />and wife ("Brysons"), and James A. R. Johnson ("Johnson"), and the City Of Orono <br />("City"), referred to from time to time hereinafter collectively as "the Parties" and <br />singularly as "Party". <br />WHEREAS, Brysons are owners of that certain real property located on Big <br />Island, Lake Minnetonka in Hennepin County, Minnesota and legally described as: <br />Lots 3 and 4, Pleasant View, Lake Minnetonka, <br />("the Bryson Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, Johnson is the owner of that certain real property located on Big <br />Island, Lake Minnetonka in Hennepin County, Minnesota and legally described as: <br />Lots 7 and 8, Pleasant View, Lake Minnetonka, <br />("the Johnson Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, as of the date hereof Brysons and Johnson are owners, as tenants in <br />common, of that certain real property located between the Bryson Property and the <br />Johnson Property on Big Island, Lake Minnetonka in Hennepin County, Minnesota and <br />legally described as: <br />Lots 5 and 6, Pleasant View, Lake Minnetonka, <br />("the Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, there is located on the Property a cabin of approximately 1100 <br />square feet ("the Cabin") which Brysons and Johnsons are willing to demolish and <br />remove at some point in the future; and
