Application executed pursuant to your suggestion by me as applicant and <br />by the owners (with attached chart of legal descriptions, addresses, PIDs, <br />owners, mailing addresses and phone numbers); <br />2. Check for $350.00 for fees; <br />3. Survey; <br />4. Hardcover calculations for lots 3-5 and 6-8 as previously provided, and, <br />pursuant to your request, for lots 3-4, 5-6 and 7-8; <br />5. Certified Property Owners List from Hennepin County along with mailing <br />labels and map; and <br />6. 3 Data Privacy Advisories executed by the owners. <br />As we discussed, please mail the proper notice to the neighboring property owners <br />and place this matter on the agendas for the March 15, 1999 Planning Commission <br />meeting and the April 12, 1999 City Council meeting.
