Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />The City of Orono is required to notify you within fifteen (15) business days as to the status of your <br />application for an after-the-fact conditional use permit & hardcover variance for property located at <br />650 Big Island. Below is a list of items the City of Orono is requesting to complete our review: <br />✓ Two (2) original scaled copies of the as-built certificate of survey, and a reduced copy <br />(11'x17' or smaller), indicating the following: <br />o setback zones from the OHWL of Lake Minnetonka, <br />o the existing and proposed structures, <br />o all existing and proposed hardcover, <br />o existing topographic contours extending 50' past the property boundaries, and <br />o proposed stormwater drainage and proposed site grading (please indicate total cubic <br />yards of proposed earth movement on/off site). <br />✓ Scaled elevation drawings and cross-sections of the walls as-constructed. Engineered <br />designs are required for any wall exceeding 4 feet in height. <br />✓ All proposed hardcover shall be calculated by the appropriate zone on the hardcover <br />worksheets that are enclosed. The hardcover calculations must be completed by your <br />surveyor. <br />Application #09-3425 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the <br />items requested above by September 9th at NOON in order to remain on the September 21 st <br />Planning Commission agenda.
