NOW, THI{~FORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />Orono, Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />;~ '\;':~ \'>' ~,::> <br />1. This applit~;ion was reviewed as Zoning File 09-3425. <br />2. The property is located in the RS, Seasonal Recreational District, which <br />requires a minimum lot area of 5.0 acres.
