The property consists of nine plus <br />acres and is permitted a tota tructure. <br />The property contains o acres of Manage 2 classification wetlan . Manage 2 wetlands require a 25- <br />ot structural setback from the buffer. It is not sible to conduct an accurate <br />wetland delineaf during the winter month s. However, John Smyth, t City's wetland consultant, <br />d placed flags along a conservative wetland boundary line.
