Applicant must provide to the City all requested <br />information and complete improvements required for final plat approval as <br />noted in the preliminary plat approval resolution. Please note preliminary <br />plat approval expires one (1) year after the date of the resolution <br />(December 14, 1993). Note that prior to filing of the final .P!at at the <br />final subdivision approval, all taxes for the current year must be paid. <br />Please be advised that all documents to be submitted with the final <br />plat must be received at least two weeks prior to the meeting at which <br />time final subdivision approval will be granted by the Council.
