Carlson, 620 Big Island -Conditional Use Permit/Variance - <br />Public Hearing <br />Pertinent Ordinances <br />Section 10.31, Subd. 8 -Required setbacks for accessory structure <br />A. Lakeshore setback <br />Required = 7 5' <br />Proposed = 95' <br />B. Minimum from side or rear internal lot lines <br />Required = 30' <br />Proposed = 37' and 32' . <br />C. Shed shall be 30' + from septic tanks and 10' from septic system easement <br />Required setback from tank to shed is 10' <br />Section 10.22, Subd. 2 -Hardcover within 75-250' setback area <br />75-250' setback area = 11,880 s.f. <br />Allowed = 2,970 s.f. or 25% <br />Existing = 1,926 s.f. or 16.2% <br />Proposed = 2,142 s.f. or 18% <br />Section 10.55, Subd. 4(B) -Flood fringe district shall be located within the flood fringe area <br />located between the shoreline of Lake Minnetonka at the 929 .4 elevation and the 931. 5, 100 year <br />flood elevation. <br />Section 10.55, Subd. 8 -No filling, grading, temporary or permanent structures will be allowed <br />within the floodplain. <br />Section 10.55, Subd. 10 -Permitted am.I conditional use permit -Section lists structures allowed <br />within flood fringe areas via conditional use permit.
