CITY OF ORONO -NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, March 21, 1994 for the purpose of reviewing the following <br />land use applications: <br />1. #1906 George M. Roscoe, the owner of 4030 Elm Street, seeks approval of an area <br />variance to construct a new residence. <br />2. #1907 James and Joann Jundt of 1400 Brackett's Point Road seek approval of lakeshore <br />setback and hardcover variances within the 0-75' setback area to allow the <br />restoration of a stone stepway located within the lake shore bank of the property. <br />3. #1908 David Carlson, the owner of 620 Big Island, seeks approval of a conditional use <br />permit and variance to construct an accessory structure within the flood plain of <br />Lake Minnetonka. <br />4. #1909 David L. and Margaret H. Vergeyle, the owners of 1485 Green Trees Road, seek <br />approval of a setback variance from the bluff of the lakeshore lot and for <br />additional land alterations within the bluff impact zone. <br />5. #1910 Orono School District #278 seeks approval of a conditional use permit for the <br />property located at 795 Old Crystal Bay Road to allow construction of accessory <br />storage facilities and bleachers adjacent to existing tennis courts. <br />5. #1911 Ernest Lem.merman, the current owner of 4620 Tonkaview Lane, seeks approval <br />of an area variance to allow construction of a new residence on the undeveloped <br />lot. <br />All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this meeting.
