<br />The Planning Commission will hold
<br />public hearings in the Council Chambers at
<br />2780 Ke ll ey Parkway on Monday, April 21,
<br />1997, beginning at 7 :00 p .m., on the matter of
<br />reviewing the following land use applications:
<br />1. #2201 Geo rge A.dams, James Fieger
<br />and S.T. Robb, Jr. of 570 , 580 and 590 Big
<br />Island, request approv al of a permit for
<br />private septic system improvements in the
<br />1 street rig ht-of-way withi n the plat of Pleasant
<br />View Lake Minnetonka.
<br />2. #2205 Allen Schefers, owner of the
<br />property located at 2540 Casco Point Road,
<br />req uests a conditional use permit for
<br />excavating a wetland pond in flood fringe and
<br />floodway districts.
<br />3. #2214 Carmen and Richard Kozicky,
<br />owners of the property located at 2016
<br />Shadywood Road, are requesting variances
<br />for average lakeshore setback, hardcover in
<br />the 75-250' setback area and side yard to
<br />remodel an existing residence to add a family
<br />room and new garage.
<br />4. #2217 John Thimmesh , owner of the

<br />Road, is reque sting variances for rear
<br />setback and hardcover in the 75 -2 50" setback
<br />to all ow for an addition of a storage area to
<br />the east side of the existing residence.

<br />Decandia , owners of the property located at
<br />3115 North Sho re Drive, are request ing
<br />variances for lot area , lot width, hardcover in
<br />the 0-75 ' setback, average lakeshore setback
<br />a nd si d e yard to remove an existi ng
<br />residence and construct a new res idence .
<br />6. #2222 Joseph Vochko, owner of the
<br />prope rt y located at 2925 Casco Poin t Road,
<br />requests a co nditional use permit for land
<br />alteration to allow a retain i ng wall and a
<br />variance to all ow hardcover in the 0-75 '

<br />requests renewal of lot area , lot width , street
