This strip of land is vital <br />for most property owner's on Big Island because it is our only access to our <br />property for bringi11g in th~ necessary equipment when making house repairs <br />such as a new roof, new septic tanks or new wells. Also ifthere were a fire <br />at any of our houses on the hill the fire depa11ment would have to access the <br />rear of our property via the easement.
