Since it appears that the septic site is a limiting factor, should the house <br />design be revised to match the septic system capability? Also, would it be <br />appropriate to have a covenant recorded against the property restricting development <br />to a 3-bedroom "type II" structure? <br />2. Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Planning staff recommends approval of the renewal of the lot area variance subject <br />revising the design to match the capabilities of the septic system, and documenting these <br />conditions via covenants.
