We have the
following comments with regards to engineering matters:

• The architectural drawings show a proposed retaining wall adjacent to the east side of the house, and
proposed concrete patios along the east and west side of the house. However, the survey does now show
a retaining wall or concrete patios. The plans should be revised such that they are in agreement.
• Engineered design and details should be provided for all retaining walls greater than 4’ in height.
• The proposed swale on the north side of the house should have at least a 2% slope. The proposed spot
elevations indicate a slope of approximately 0.7%.
• Final plans should include erosion and sediment control details.

If you have any questions, please call me at (651) 604-4894.

Yours very truly,

BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC.

Darren Amundsen

Cc: Tom Kellogg
