The following is a <br />summary of the changes: <br />• As shown on the attached Revised Figure 2 the design now proposes the <br />installation of (2) 1,000 gallon septic tanks instead of (1) 1,500 gallon septic tank. <br />• As we discussed on the telephone to be consider a Type II residence you are <br />allowed two water use appliances from the list below. It is our understanding you <br />have selected the automatic washer and the dishwasher. <br />o Automatic washer <br />o Dishwasher <br />o Water conditioning unit <br />o Whirlpool bath <br />o Garbage disposal <br />o Self cleaning humidifier in furnace <br />Please forward this information to the system installer and have them contact our office <br />to discuss if they have any questions. <br />W&_4~ <br />Peter G.
