The on -site sewage <br />trMtment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall into the category checked below. <br />(This is J, an existing system ❑ new construction) <br />1 Masts or exceeds current City standards in NI respects foisting to design, construction, and location. Appears to be operating <br />properly. <br />192 Does not most oil current City standards for new construction (1978 Code) but in most respects appears to be designed, <br />located, and constructed generally in accordance with previous codes.
