Absent: Hays, Nicholls, <br />Ryerse, Southworth, and Van Ncst. <br />Discussion was held as to whether five <br />members woro a quorum. Lot G was only to be used as a lake <br />access for the remaining lots. <br />2. His present home was on Lets 20 f, 21, <br />extending about 4' into Lot 22. <br />3. He wished to place a new house on the <br />remainder of Lot 22 and all of Lot 23. <br />4: He wAs not adverse to combining Lots 30- <br />31-32-33 in any combination with Lots 70- <br />21-22-23. <br />Searles moved, Elliott secoadedI that <br />recommendation be made that Lots 21-20-32-33 <br />should be combined and Lots 22-23-30-31 should <br />be combined and a line should be drawn <br />bctween the two to allow the 10' setback <br />required for the existing house. Rest Point Road is a dead end street an(l <br />t;tc site is very near the end. <br />2.
