(40.3%)exists and 1,575 <br /> s.f. (35%)is allowed, and Section 10.25, Subdivision 6 (B)to permit a 5' side setback for a garage <br /> where 10' is required to replace a detached garage. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1.
