All permanent boat docks or other similar structures." <br />Sections 78-1117 and 78-1135 Conditional Use Standards and Review Procedures <br />Section 78-564(2)(a): Permitted Uses: "Within any RS seasonal recreational district, no land or <br />structures shall be used except for any one of the following uses: <br />(1) One-family detached dwellings used for seasonal recreational uses ... <br />(2) One-family seasonal recreational use of land without structures, or with accessory <br />structures only, such as tent camping or day use only. Accessory structures <br />permitted on land without a principal structure shall be limited to one or more of <br />the following: <br />(a) Docks conforming to City and LMCD code requirements.
