<br />The Orono Planning Commis-
<br />sion will hold a public hearing in the
<br />Orono Council Chambers at 2780
<br />Kelley Parkway on Monday, No-
<br />vember 20, 2017 , beginning at 6 :30
<br />p.m. on the matter of reviewing the
<br />following land use applications:
<br />17-3979 Kimberly Schettler,
<br />2740 Shadywood Road, requests
<br />after-the-fact variances to permit
<br />a new screen porch, constructed
<br />without permits, to encroach as
<br />close as 72 feet to the lake where
<br />a 75-foot setback is required; and
<br />up to 20 feet lakeward of the aver-

<br />results in hardcover and structure
