CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUT ION OF T H E C ITY COUNC I L <br />NO. 3007 <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Thomas <br />A. Judd, an authorized representative of Big Is land, Inc., is hereby <br />granted by the Council of the City of Orono and that the unimproved <br />right-of-way legally described above is hereby vacated.
