LATE FEE -Renewals <br />Application for renewal of licenses shall be made no later than March 1 of the license year. The <br />City shall not accept renewal license applications received after March 1 unless the application <br />is accompanied by a late fee of $25. 00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete application is received, the application will be reviewed by the City Council <br />and, in the case of new or unusual applications, also by the Planning Commission and Marina <br />Committee. The Council will pass upon the application after complete review. <br />THE SUBJECT DOCK MAY BE INSTALLED AND/OR OPENED FOR USE ONLY UPON <br />APPROVAL OF THE LICENSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Pursuant to Section 5 .42 of the Orono Municipal Code, the applicant hereby requests the Orono <br />City Council to review this Joint Use Dock License Application, and agrees and authorizes the <br />City of Orono and the City's employees and agents to enter upon the property at any reasonable <br />time to perform safety and code compliance inspections. <br />rt <br />Lu <br />J-.-.. <br />~ <br />1 --~ ,~ ~;~ -i~ <br />Page 5 of 5 --___ I
