<br />C. Day-Use Recreation Areas. Land or structures
<br />ow.ned or used by any private club, association or group of
<br />unrelated individuals as a regular meeting place for group
<br />activities including without limitation boating activities,
<br />swimming, . fishing, picnicing, athletic fields, nature trails and
<br />other day-use. Over-night camping shall be permitted only on an
<br />occasional and incidental basis. This category includes day-use
<br />scout, church, YMCA or YWCA camps, private non-profit parks and
<br />boating groups, clubs or associations. This category does not
<br />include public day-use parks. A conditional use permit m~y be
<br />issued for a day-use recreation area provided the applicant
<br />demonstrates and the Council finds that the property is large
<br />enough to support the proposed use without adverse effect upon the
<br />lake, upon the land or wet~ands, upon :1eighboring or· nearby
<br />properties, and that extra private precautions are taken for fire
<br />protection and for security of persons and property commensurate
