Land or structures <br />ow.ned or used by any private club, association or group of <br />unrelated individuals as a regular meeting place for group <br />activities including without limitation boating activities, <br />swimming, . fishing, picnicing, athletic fields, nature trails and <br />other day-use. Over-night camping shall be permitted only on an <br />occasional and incidental basis. This category includes day-use <br />scout, church, YMCA or YWCA camps, private non-profit parks and <br />boating groups, clubs or associations. This category does not <br />include public day-use parks.
