NO. 2038 <br /> ORONO A RESOLUTION PERMITTING <br /> A PRIVATE DOCK ON <br /> PLATTED UNIMPROVED RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> BAY PLACE, BIG ISLAND <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono has received a request for a private <br /> dock on platted unimproved right-of-way known as Bay Place on Big Island to <br /> serve as access to inland property; and <br /> WHEREAS, as per Section 10.31, Subdivision 3 of the Orono City <br /> Code allows for the installation of a private dock on unimproved platted <br /> right-of-way on Big Island to serve as access for inland properties. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a private dock is permitted <br /> on platted unimproved right-of-way known as Bay Place on Big Island to <br /> serve inland property to Lots 19 & 20, P.I.D. No. 23-117-23 23 0033, with <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. The installation of the dock length not to exceed 100 feet <br /> 2. Setback from extended lot lines: <br /> 0-50 feet in length 10 ' <br /> 4111 51-100 feet in length 15' <br /> 3. Dock sections not to exceed 6 ' in width <br /> 4. One boat per dock for residential use only (LMCD regulations) <br /> The permittee agrees to maintain the area in a neat and <br /> presentable manner at all times and agrees to hold the City harmless for- <br /> ever from any and all claims resulting from actions as a result of the <br /> issuance of th' }t-1-- use of the right-of-way a of the dock while <br /> this It is in force. <br /> Should there be any other requests from inland property owners to <br /> use this site for the installation of a dock to their properties, this <br /> permit is automatically revoked.
