Big Island Properties <br />5353 Gamble Drive <br />Suite 106 <br />.Minneapolis, MN 55416 <br />Attn: Fred Bruntjen <br />RE: Big Island Parcels <br />Dear Mr. Bruntjen: <br />CITY of ORONO <br />r. lunicipal Offices <br />Post Office Box 66 <br />Crysta.I Bay, Min.nEsota 55323-0066 <br />You will no doubt recall the subdivision process which occurred over <br />the winter, granting formal approval for the splitting of McCloud's <br />lakeshore tax parcel so that the portion adjacent to your property can <br />be combined with your Lots 6 -8, Morse Island Park. <br />In order for that subdivision process to be completed and the <br />subdivision to be filed with the County, you must complete legal <br />combination of the lakeshore strip and Lots 6, 7 and 8 by signing the <br />attached "Request for Legal Combination" and returning it to the City. <br />We wi 11 then forward the request to the Hennepin County Tax Records <br />Department and will file the resolution, which should complete this <br />matter. <br />It is my understanding that you are purchasing Big Island parcels on a <br />Contract for Deed from Mr. and Mrs. Farnes. They wi 11 a 1 so have to <br />sign the legal combination request before you mail it back to me in <br />the enclosed envelope. Please return it as soon as possible, since <br />filing of the subdivision and finalizing of this application must be <br />done by August 10 or approval expires. <br />It is my understanding that your Certificate of Title already reflects <br />the subdivision of the lakeshore strip, therefore no deed transfers <br />would appear to be necessary. <br />~?1/473-7357 if you have any questions . <br />.Michael P.
