Mccloud <br />5101 Highway 55 <br />Minneapolis, MN 55440 <br />RE: Legal Combination, Big Island Parcels <br />Dear Mr. Mccloud: <br />In order for the City to complete the filing of your subdivision <br />which was approved in February, you were required to legally <br />combine Lots 9, l O, and 11, Morse Is land Park, with the portion <br />of Government Lot 3 abutting the lakeshore. <br />Attached is a request for legal combination of such parcels. <br />Please sign the request form and return it to the City. We will <br />then forward it to the Hennepin County Tax Records Department and <br />proceed with filing of the subdivision. <br />Since your Certificate of Title already reflects the subdivision, <br />it would appear there is no need to revise your deed or that of <br />Mr. Bruntjen as a result of the subdivision. <br />Regarding the deck revisions and the building addition, John <br />Martin has contacted me and notes that he and David Anderson will <br />be working toward submission of a plan which the Orono Planning <br />Commission will find acceptable. Once the City Council agrees to <br />such plan, the deck revisions can be completed. <br />Because the subdivision approval expires August 10, time is of <br />the essence in returning the legal combination form.
