Parcel A and Parcel C as described on the Certifica te o f <br />Survey attached to this resolution shall be legally combi n e d <br />for tax purposes and shall be designated as Big Is lan d <br />Record Lot No. 22 per Section 10.31 of the Municipal Code , <br />subject to the pertinent ordinances thereof. <br />2 . Parcel B shall be legally combined for tax purposes w ith <br />Lots 6, 7 and 8, Morse Island Park, and when combined unde r <br />a special lot combination with Lot C, Morse Island Pa rk, <br />this property shall be designated as Big Island Record Lot <br />No. 16 per Section 10.31 of the Municipal Code, subject to <br />the pertinent ordinances thereof. <br />3. This resolution and the attached Certificate of Survey shal l <br />be filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's office on o r/ <br />before August 10, 1992. The approval granted by this <br />Resolution shall expire if the filing has not been completed <br />by the date specified above.
