Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323 <br />Phone (612) 249-4600 Fax (612) 249-4616 <br />NOTICE <br />The Planning Commission will hold public hearings in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley <br />Parkway on Monday, November 15, 1999, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the matter of reviewing the <br />following land use applications: <br />1. #2486 <br />2. #2525 <br />#2530 <br />4. #2534 <br />5. #2540 <br />6. #2542 <br />7. #2543 <br />8. #2545 <br />9. #2546 <br />Elaine Erickson, 1270 Spruce Place, requests lakeshore setback, average <br />lakeshore setback, lot coverage and hardcover variances to permit <br />construction of a new residence on the property. <br />Larry Jacobson and Vickie O'Neill, 635 Ferndale Road North, request a <br />variance to permit construction of additional garage space within a required <br />yard setback. <br />William Wear, 2160 Wayzata Boulevard, requests a variance to permit <br />allowed signage for a property in the B-1 Zoning District to exceed what is <br />allowed by frontage, and a variance to permit a sign to be located within the <br />front yard setback. <br />W. Duncan MacMillan, 1820 Fox Street, requests a variance from side yard <br />setback requirements to permit a garage addition to an existing carriage <br />house. <br />Bradley Hoyt, 2523 Kelly Avenue, requests a conditional use permit and <br />variance to permit after-the-fact land alteration and construction of a retaining <br />wall within the lakeshore setback and to permit hardcover within the 0-75' <br />lakeshore setback. <br />Bruce Hedblom and Carol Cline-Hedblom, 2601 Casco Point Road, request <br />variances for hardcover, lakeshore setback, average lakeshore setback, and <br />lot coverage to permit an addition to the existing residence. <br />Ted Edin, 3025 Casco Point Road, requests hardcover, lakeshore setback, <br />average lakeshore setback and lot coverage variances to permit replacement <br />and enlargement of an existing second story deck. <br />Lou and Marilyn Fegers, 3590 North Shore Drive, request variances to <br />permit construction of a three stall garage on the property. <br />Christine Wood, 4005 North Shore Drive, requests variance renewals to <br />permit a detached garage to be located 3' from a street lot line where 10' is <br />required and 1 O' from the side or rear lot line where 15' is required for a <br />structure in excess of 750 s.f., and to permit a net increase in hardcover <br />within the 75-250' setback.
