McCloud to review the <br />structural integrity of the timber retaining walls located on his Property on Big Island - <br />Lake Minnetonka per the City of Orono's request. <br />Based upon review of the attached drawings, sheet 1 and 2 dated February 19, 1990 by <br />Edgework Builders, it is Liesch Engineering Corporation's opinion that the retaining <br />walls design appears to be structurally sufficient for the intended function of resisting the <br />present lateral earth pressure.
