Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />Planning Commission: \Vednesday, January 19, 2000; meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. <br />Applicant may wish to contact City staff to discuss certain issues addressed in the November 9 <br />memo; specifically, to what extent applicant will agree to remove decking, and the provision of a <br />formal plan for modification of the wall/stair/deck system. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission minutes, they are available from <br />the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning Commission. <br />60-Day Review Waiver <br />Because the Planning Commission does not meet in December, January 19 is the earliest opportunity <br />for review by the Planning Commission. The City is required by state statute to review and act on <br />zoning applications within 60 days of receipt. Your 60-day review period would expire on <br />December 20. Therefore, the City must extend the normal 60-day review period by an additional <br />60 days to February 20, 2000. Please sign and return (by mail or fax) a signed copy of this Notice <br />with your signature acknowledging acceptance of the 60-day extension.
