The owner doesn't need to sign them. <br />~451 (4 70 Big Island) should be given to Chris to hold in our file until we get a <br />document from the property owner. (Which may be a while because Soren lost my request <br />for him to draft document for two weeks.) <br />10-3452 (240/250 Big Island) shouia also be given to Chris to hold for a document.
