This <br />situation is agreeable to the City, with the understanding that this <br />0.15 acre parcel will be recognized with a new record lot number by <br />itself and will henceforth be considered as a substandard unbuildable <br />lot per Zoning Code Section 10.31, Subd 6(g). <br />Record Lot #16 will then include the following parcels: <br />PID Number <br />23-117-23-32-0001 <br />23-117-23-32-0002 <br />23-117-23-32-0010 <br />23-117-23-32-0011 <br />23-117-23-32-0012 <br />Description <br />Part of Lot C, Morse Island Park <br />Remainder of Lot C, Morse Island Park <br />Lot 6, Morse Island Park <br />Lot 7, Morse Island Park <br />Lot 8, Morse Island Park <br />In addition, once the formal subdivision has been approved by the City <br />of Orono, Record Lot #16 will also include the portion of the lakeshore <br />strip (P.I.D #22-117-23-41-0001) located adjacent to Lots 6, 7 and 8. <br />BUILDING & ZONING -473-7357 • ADMINISTRATION & r-lNANCE -473-7358 • PL'BLJCWORKS -473-7359
