The division request is consistent <br />with and a result of the discussions applicant had with former <br />City Planner, Alan Olson when the Big Island ordinance was <br />adopted. This lakeshore strip was somehow divided and torrensed <br />as two parcels about 1970, but never approved by Orono and never <br />divided for tax purposes. The City suggested that the applicant <br />now bring this in for formal approval since he is selling the <br />involved properties. Please refer to Exhibits D and F. <br />Record Lot #22 includes Lots 9, 10, and 11 of Morse Island <br />Park (Parcel Con the survey) and the northerly portion of the <br />lakeshore strip (Parcel A on the survey). The lot area of Record <br />Lot #22 is 1.03 acres. <br />Record Lot #16 includes Lots 6, 7 and 8 and both portions of <br />Lot C in Morse Island Park, and the southerly portion of the <br />lakeshore strip (Parcel Bon the survey).
