Record Lot 16 (Bruntjen/Big Is land Properties) may be granted <br />"Automatic Lot Area Variance" upon execution of "Special Lot <br />Combination" -Please call to discuss this. <br />4. Applicant must provide: <br />a. A revised certificate of survey including signature lines for all <br />involved property owners (spouse and all other persons with <br />interest in the property -al! signed), the Mayor, City Clerk and <br />date of final approval (see sketch attached). <br />b. Two copies of survey l" = 200' for City and County records. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is dependent upon receipt of <br />additional information. Deadline for the August 12, 1991 meeting is August <br />2, 1991 or August 16, 1991 for the August 26, 1991 meeting. <br />If the applicant has trouble obtaining additional information, please <br />contact the Zoning Department (473-7357). <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder after review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission. <br />lsv
